Historical Preservation

As keepers of a piece of Moss Landing history - the Pacific Coast Steamship Company building 1906/07, we are constantly maintaining and preserving the building. Over the last month we have been painting and caulking the exterior of the old building. Our staff has done a great job and there is bright new paint to greet you when you arrive at the Captain's Inn.

This is by far our favorite place to get away. It's alway hard to leave, but Melanie... you know, the Sullivan's will always be back. The views are beautiful and the food and hospitality are the best. For those of you reading this, if you need a place to slow down, relax and just breathe, this is the place to do it. My wife and I have been to numerous B&B's up and down the coast and nothing compares to the Captain's Inn. I salute Melanie and The Captain on the fine job they have done with the Captain's Inn and wish them many more years of success.
